My friend and I recently decided to travel from Birmingham to Manchester and, as we are short of money at the moment, we were keen to find the cheapest travel option we could. We were going for a big night out with people we had been to university with and we hadn`t seen them for three years so we wanted to make sure we saved as much money as we could for a night of revelry. Therefore, we thought long and hard about our options. Obviously the train would be the quickest route but we knew that would be expensive. Eventually we decided on
Coaches Birmingham as our travel option and thought that this would be a really good way to save money.
Coaches Birmingham could take us from Birmingham to Manchester for a really reasonable amount of money. We knew that the journey would be much longer than the train but all in all,
Coaches Birmingham did us proud. The coach journey was much longer than the train but it was comfortable and the scenery was nice. We just read our books all the way there and arrived before we knew it. We were so glad that we had saved the money and had the most fantastic night with our friends in Manchester.

When I last wrote about my beloved Spitfire and the start of her renovation, I had no idea that I was going back online to the Tool Box Shop quite so fast. It was only a dodgy battery thing and, trust the TBS, they were straight in there with a quick lesson all about Durite chargers, battery care, automotive options. I just thought a battery was a battery, a charger was a charger and they all came from the guy up the road in the greasy overalls. Wrong again! Apparently Durite aren`t as old as Draper Tools; they were founded in 1936 but they appear to know what they`re doing, once you got the experts at the Tool Box Shop to walk you through the range. Meantime, Spitty and I are getting ever more intimate because her gubbins keep creaking and groaning and my back`s beginning to get weary from climbing into the engine space which is no mean feat even for a five foot not a lot, like me! So my education continues apace and this time it`s about Durite who supply quality electrical for all sorts of stuff: automotive, industrial, agricultural, marine, leisure?even damsel spitfires in distress it would seem. At least I hope so, the Tool Box folk are getting back to me with some advice later on. Less of a story, more of a sage really!
